1. Service Description

fnvault ("we", "us", "our") provides Fortnite stats lookup, item shop tracking, a cosmetics database, and a personal locker import tool. By creating an account or using fnvault, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. No Warranty

fnvault is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Stats, shop, and cosmetic data are sourced from third-party APIs and estimated where noted — we do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from fnvault outside normal browser use
Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
Use fnvault to harass, abuse, or impersonate others
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk to fnvault or other users.

5. Fan Content & Epic Games

fnvault is an unofficial, fan-made companion site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite and all related assets, trademarks, and copyrighted materials belong to Epic Games.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as fnvault evolves. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
